Senior Director – Retail Business (Lifestyle)

We are looking for an accomplished Retail Business Leader to take end-to-end ownership of an established lifestyle retail business and lead its next phase of growth.This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who has genuinely led a business end-to-end, combining strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and operational leadership with full accountability for business performance.The RoleYou will be responsible for shaping and delivering the overall business strategy, with a strong focus on sustainable growth, profitability and customer experience.Key areas of responsibility will include: Full P&L ownership and accountability for overall business performanceDeveloping and executing the business strategy and growth agendaDriving revenue, market share and sustainable profitabilityLeading a multi-site retail operation and ensuring consistently strong executionIdentifying opportunities for business expansion and future growthUsing consumer, market and competitor insights to shape commercial decisionsDriving productivity, efficiency and continuous improvement across the businessWorking closely with key functions to ensure effective end-to-end executionBuilding, developing and leading high-performing teamsWhat We’re Looking ForWe are particularly interested in senior retail leaders who bring:Significant leadership experience within lifestyle, home, furniture, homeware or other relevant specialty retail environmentsProven ownership of a sizeable retail P&L or business unitExperience leading complex, multi-site retail businesses, ideally across multiple marketsStrong commercial and operational leadership capabilitiesA track record of delivering growth and improved profitabilityExperience scaling or expanding retail businessesStrong understanding of consumer behaviour and evolving retail trendsThe ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and influence at senior executive levelMore than the job title, we are interested in the scale and complexity of the business you have personally led, including business size, store network, geographical scope and team leadership.If you have successfully led a retail business end-to-end and are interested in exploring a senior leadership opportunity in Dubai, we would be pleased to hear from you.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted!
