Senior Dotnet Developer

Must Have Skills • 8–10 years of software development experience specializing in C# and the .NET platform (.NET Framework, .NET Core, and modern versions 6/7/8+) • Deep technical expertise in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, RESTful service design, and scalable microservices architectures • Hands-on database experience with SQL Server and NoSQL platforms (e.g., MongoDB, Kafka integration) • Strong cloud deployment and DevOps background with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Service Fabric) • Practical experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit), integration testing, and clean architecture/design patterns • Proven capability to lead technical design discussions, make architectural decisions, and translate business goals into high-performance code • Senior-level leadership skills: mentoring junior engineers, driving code quality, and actively contributing to Agile/Scrum ceremonies • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and strong communication ability to articulate complex technical concepts across teams
