The company culture is grounded in dignity, commitment, honor, and humanity, with customer success at the center of its mission.Role Description As a Senior Dotnet Engineer at Treasury Cube, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable backend services using .NET technologies that power our Treasury Management System. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, implement new features, and enhance existing functionalities. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, conducting code reviews, optimizing application performance, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to architectural decisions. You will also collaborate in agile ceremonies, help improve development practices and tooling, and mentor less-experienced engineers. This is a full-time remote role.QualificationsStrong object-oriented programming (OOP) and general programming skills, with the ability to design clean, modular, and maintainable code.Hands-on experience in software development using .NET Core, building and maintaining production-grade applications and services.Proficiency with ASP.NET MVC for developing secure, scalable, and performant web applications and APIs.Experience with RESTful services, SQL databases, and common design patterns; familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS) is beneficial.Background in financial, fintech, or enterprise systems is an advantage, particularly in areas such as risk management or cash management.Comfort working in remote, cross-functional teams, with strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
