Senior Education and Migration Counsellor

The role involves providing one-on-one student and client counselling on overseas education options, migration pathways, and career development. Daily responsibilities include assessing client profiles, recommending suitable study programs and destinations, and guiding clients through application, documentation, and visa processes. The counsellor will conduct information sessions, respond to inquiries via email and phone, and maintain accurate records in internal systems. The role also includes building relationships with educational institutions, staying current on immigration and education regulations, mentoring junior counsellors, and contributing to outreach and marketing activities.Qualifications Strong Educational Consulting and Education sector knowledge, including familiarity with international study options and admission processes.Proven experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, with the ability to assess client goals and recommend appropriate pathways.Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present information to diverse audiences.Previous experience in migration or overseas education consultancy, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field.High level of professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and client service orientation.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.Proficiency in common office software and CRM tools; fluency in English required, additional languages are an asset.
