Senior Electrical Engineer

Role Description The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for leading electrical engineering activities for Power and Low current systems. This full-time, on-site role is based in Khafji, Saudi Arabia, and involves coordinating with project teams to prepare technical drawings and documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing electrical calculations, performing site inspections, troubleshooting electrical issues, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians. The Senior Electrical Engineer will collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with safety and quality requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• +8 years of experience in Power and Low Current systems.
• Proficient in shop drawing preparation.
• Experienced in reviewing calculations for low current and Power systems.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
• In-depth understanding of electrical design codes (NEC, IEC, SBC, NFPA).
• Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:Review electrical drawings, load schedules, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications. Prepare and review shop drawings and as-built drawings. Review and validate electrical calculations (Cable Tray, etc..). Coordinate with site, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with international and local codes (e.g., NEC, IEC, SBC, NFPA, Civil Defense). Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting documentation. Maintain project logs, reports, and technical documentation. Installation, Testing & Commissioning for low current systems.Coordinate between different systems such as BMS, CCTV, access control, and nurse call to ensure proper integration.Sub-contractor Coordination.Work closely with site engineers and sub-contractors to ensure smooth execution and compliance with project timelines.Full knowledge of ICT, AV, BMS, etc...Knowledge of Data Center requirments.
