Proven expertise in electrical systems design, power distribution networks, and industrial control systemsStrong proficiency with electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or equivalent simulation and modeling toolsHands-on experience with SCADA systems, PLC programming, and industrial automation technologiesDemonstrated project management experience, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and successful execution of electrical projectsLeadership experience managing and mentoring technical teams, with a track record of developing junior staffIn-depth knowledge of electrical safety standards, international electrical codes (IEC), and Saudi Arabian electrical regulationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to technical workStrong organizational abilities and proven capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectivelyProficiency in reading, interpreting, and creating complex electrical drawings and technical specificationsProfessional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification in electrical engineeringElectrical safety certifications such as OSHA or IEC standards (highly desirable)Familiarity with industrial operations in Middle Eastern environments and knowledge of regional electrical standards (preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with diverse stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management softwareFlexibility and resilience in adapting to changing priorities and operational demandsCommitment to continuous learning and staying informed about industry innovations and technological advancementsAdditional InformationBIM knowledge
