This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing complex electrical engineering and power generation projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of power plant electrical projects.Manage all project phases while ensuring compliance with project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE requirements.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.Review and approve engineering designs, technical documentation, project deliverables, and construction activities.Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with Saudi Energy Company standards, industry regulations, and international engineering practices.Prepare project progress reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with significant involvement in Saudi Energy Company power plant projects.Proven experience in managing large-scale electrical engineering and power generation projects.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, engineering standards, and quality assurance processes.Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.Preferred QualificationsAdditional professional certifications in project management or engineering.Experience working with EPC contractors, engineering consultants, or utility companies.Strong understanding of Saudi Energy Company procedures and project execution standards.Application RequirementsInterested candidates are requested to submit:Updated CV.Academic Degree Certificate.Professional Certifications (PMP and other relevant certifications).Experience certificates supporting Saudi Energy Company power plant project experience.
