Senior Electrical Site Engineer

Job DescriptionSupervise and manage electrical site execution activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Lead and coordinate electrical works on site, ensuring proper installation and compliance with quality standards.Coordinate with other disciplines, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.Review and interpret electrical shop drawings, project specifications, and technical documents.Monitor site progress and ensure electrical works are completed according to the project schedule.Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in a timely and effective manner.Ensure that all electrical works comply with approved standards, specifications, and safety requirements.Provide technical guidance and leadership to the electrical site team.Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power & Machines department).5 to 10 years of solid experience as a Site Engineer, specifically in Construction projects.Strong background in underground cabling, substations, earthing systems, and outdoor lighting networks.Proficiency in AutoCAD and essential electrical engineering software.Strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under field pressure.
