Senior Electronics EngineerLocation: Newcastle, UKAn exciting new opportunity has opened for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join a technology-focused engineering team in Newcastle. As Senior Electronics Engineer, you will take a role in the design and development of advanced electronic systems, working across the full hardware lifecycle from architecture through to validation. The role of Senior Electronics Engineer will involve supporting technical decisions, leading hardware development, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.What you’ll do:Design and development of complex analogue and digital electronic systems.Define hardware architecture and guide projects from concept through to production.Oversee schematic design, PCB development, and component selection.Support prototype bring-up, testing, and debugging activities.Collaborate with embedded software, firmware, and mechanical teams to ensure successful system integration.What we’re looking for:A degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.Extensive experience in analogue and digital circuit design and PCB development.Strong understanding of hardware development processes from concept through to production.Experience in complex engineering projectsExcellent problem-solving ability and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams.For more information or to apply please contact Chris Moffatt at IC Resources.
