Senior Embedded hardware Engineer

Embedded Hardware Engineer I Reading, UK I Full-time We are looking for a Senior Electronics / Embedded Hardware Engineer to design the next generation of advanced navigation and embedded electronics.This is a hands-on hardware design role. You will be responsible for designing complex PCBs and embedded electronic systems.A key part of the work will be developing electronics for navigation systems that need to continue operating in GPS-denied or GPS-jammed environments.What We’re Looking ForHands-on electronics design experienceStrong background in digital electronics and embedded hardwareProven experience designing PCBs that have reached production or a qualified prototype stageStrong high-speed digital design experience, including processors/SoCs, DDR memory and high-speed serial interfacesExperience designing dense, multilayer PCBs yourself using Altium Designer or an equivalent CAD/PCB packagePractical understanding of signal integrity and power integrityExperience with sensors and mixed-signal electronics.Strong hands-on hardware bring-up and debugging skills.Experience working closely with embedded firmware engineersPreferredPrevious Experience in Aerospace or Defense
