Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Freelance Senior Embedded Software Engineer (6 Months+)We're looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join a global high-tech company developing innovative, mission-critical systems. If you enjoy solving complex engineering challenges and working closely with hardware and multidisciplinary teams, we'd love to hear from you.In this role, you will:• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software in C/C++• Develop applications for Embedded Linux and/or RTOS platforms• Integrate software with custom hardware and peripherals• Debug, test, and optimize embedded systems for performance and reliability• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and systems engineers throughout the product lifecycleWe're looking for:• 3+ years of embedded software development experience• Strong programming skills in C/C++• Experience with Embedded Linux or RTOS• Knowledge of communication protocols such as SPI, I²C, UART, CAN, and Ethernet• Proven experience having worked as a ZZP / Freelancer in at least one client projectIf you're excited by cutting-edge technology and want to make an impact in a collaborative engineering environment please apply!
