Job PurposeAs a Senior eMerchant Acquisition Officer, you will accelerate the growth of ABA PayWay by acquiring top-tier merchants and fostering long-term business relationships. You will drive growth by identifying high-value opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and leveraging AI-powered insights to optimize sales performance.LocationHead Office, Phnom Penh (02 post)Major Areas of ResponsibilityDrive merchant acquisition to hit growth targets by identifying high-value prospects and delivering expert product presentations and payment consultations.Lead the end-to-end implementation process, coordinating with internal Technical, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure seamless integration and support.Build and maintain long-term partnerships with merchants and business partners through regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and sustained transaction growth.Leverage AI tools and digital platforms to enhance sales efficiency, automate reporting, conduct market research, and apply data-driven insights for smarter business decision-making.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and merchant performance data to develop actionable business cases and growth strategies.Partner closely with Product, Technical, and Support departments while staying updated on emerging fintech trends to keep the PayWay ecosystem competitive.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, FinTech, Information Technology, or a related field.2+ years of experience in Sales, Merchant Acquisition, or Business Development, preferably within the banking or payment industry.High level of comfort with digital tools and a genuine interest in emerging technologies and AI trends.Fluency in English and Khmer (both written and verbal) is essential for professional presentations and commercial discussions.A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced corporate environment.A self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
