Senior Engineer & Trainer | 3D Printing in Energy Sector

We are hiring a Senior Engineer & Trainer to lead our 3D printing initiatives in the energy sector. You will drive the transition from prototyping to production while training and developing our AM team.This role aligns with the "3D Printing in Energy Sector" conference (October 18–22, 2026).

Key Responsibilities

Train & Mentor: Design and deliver training programs on metal 3D printing (DED, LPBF, WAAM) for engineers and technicians.Lead Projects: Own the full lifecycle of 3D-printed components — from DfAM to post-processing and quality validation.Qualify Components: Ensure 3D-printed parts meet industry standards (API 20S, DNV B203, AS9100).Optimize Supply Chain: Develop digital inventory strategies to reduce lead times and costs.Drive Innovation: Implement advanced AM systems for high-performance alloy components.Candidate Profile :7+ years in metal additive manufacturing (3D printing).Experience in energy, oil & gas, aerospace, or heavy industry.Deep knowledge of DED, LPBF, or WAAM processes.Proven training and mentoring capability.Familiar with API 20S, DNV B203, or AS9100 (preferred).Strong background in metrology and quality validation (3D scanning, CT inspection).
