Senior Engineer

We are hiring for one of our major clients for the below requirement Job Details:Role: Senior Engineer Governance StandardsEmployment Type: 1-year & extendable contract, long-term, outsourced for one of our clientsWork Location: Sharjah, United Arab EmiratesNotice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 15-30 days of noticeRequired Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.6–8 years of experience in Workplace Technology / End‑User Computing / IT Infrastructure, with at least 3 years focused on governance, standards, or architecture.Proven experience with: Endpoint platforms (e.g., Windows 10/11, macOS, mobile OS).Collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, email platforms).Endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, JAMF or equivalent).Strong understanding of workplace/end‑user technology architectures and standardization.Experience in defining and implementing technical standards, policies, and configuration baselines.Knowledge of: Endpoint security controls (AV, EDR, encryption, patching).Identity and access management concepts (e.g., Azure AD, SSO, MFA) as they relate to end‑user technologies.Familiarity with ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem, Configuration Management).Ability to interpret and apply security and compliance requirements to workplace technologies.Excellent documentation and communication skills (clear standards, guidelines, and technical notes).Structured, detail‑oriented approach with focus on consistency and compliance.Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, ITIL Foundation, CISSP or equivalent security-related certification).Experience in large enterprise environments with complex workplace technology landscapes.If you are interested & have the relevant experience, please apply here with your latest resume and we shall get in touch with you.Thanks & Regards,AIQU
