With decades of engineering and manufacturing expertise, the company delivers both standard and custom-designed solutions focused on quality, reliability, and performance.In this role, you will be responsible leading engineering initiatives, overseeing the design and development of precision-engineered products and manufacturing solutions, and ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and performance objectives. You will manage and mentor engineering teams, collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing and other departments, and drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency.Role & Responsibility:Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and development.Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions with other business units.Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.Manage budget and resource allocation for engineering projects, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in all engineering activities.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and engineering initiatives.Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of experience in engineering or a related technical field.At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within an engineering environment.Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.Experience in strategic planning and execution in a technology-driven organization.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations pertinent to engineering and technology sectors.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of engineers.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on innovative solutions.Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and technologies relevant to the company's industry.Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within engineering teams.
