In 2025, Almarai reported net income of SAR 2.4 billion on sales of SAR 22 billion.The Role / OpportunityMaintain company assets by implementing a total preventative Maintenance system that ensures complete operational availability to all departments as and when the business requires. He is to comply with agreed standards, budget and provisions as set down by the business, and meet management performance Targets as set by the business, ensuring all Plant and equipment is in an optimal condition at all times and complying with standards and costs. He is toensure there are adequate provision of skills, labour and guidance across all departments so as tomeet the business requirements.The candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or an HND or HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (UK standards).A minimum of 7 years of engineering management experience in a similar role within the food industry, with proven team leadership and people management skills in a multi-skilled workforce.Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and operations.Extensive knowledge of engineering plant, equipment and control systems, including the research, design and development of automated equipment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).Experience in budget management and cost control.Strong safety leadership, decision-making and risk management skills.Almarai offers a competitive package, generous leave, medical coverage, discretionary bonus, training, and development etc.This is a great opportunity to join a successful and expanding global business, offering an excellent remuneration and benefits package.
