Senior Enterprise Asset Management Consultant

Glocomms is partnering with a leading consulting and technology services organization to support the growth of its Enterprise Asset Management practice.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the configuration and deployment of IFS Cloud EAM solutions.Gather business requirements and translate them into functional system designs.Support system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.Work directly with maintenance, operations, supply chain, and technology teams.Facilitate testing, user training, and post-implementation support.Troubleshoot application issues and provide recommendations for optimization.Assist with data migration, reporting, and system administration activities.Ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational needs.Qualifications3+ years of experience with IFS Cloud or IFS Applications.Experience delivering EAM, ERP, or related enterprise software projects.Strong understanding of maintenance, asset management, or field service operations.Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree preferred.Preferred ExperienceFull lifecycle implementation experience.Exposure to manufacturing, utilities, energy, transportation, or other asset-intensive environments.Experience with integrations, reporting, and process optimization initiatives.Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical and business teams.
