There’s plenty of experience behind the scenes, but there’s also a lot of energy, collaboration and fun in how we work.We’re a close team, we work hard, we back each other and we genuinely enjoy doing great work together.That’s how we make magic.About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Entertainment Manager to join our close-knit team.You’ll work across major event entertainment programs, long term client partnerships, private events and large-scale corporate experiences, leading the thinking and delivery across a busy portfolio of work.This role is for someone who knows entertainment well and brings strong judgement across the whole process. You can shape the creative direction, understand the production requirements, build and manage budgets, keep complex schedules on track and confidently manage clients and stakeholders throughout.You’ll be working at pace across multiple projects, so strong organisation and project management are essential. Just as important is knowing how to keep the work considered and creative, even when there’s a lot happening at once.You’ll also play an important role in the team around you. We work closely, support each other and share the load, and you’ll be experiences in mentoring others, sharing your experience and helping maintain a high standard across the team. Here’s what you’ll be doing:Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate, private and major event clients, including ongoing entertainment programsLead entertainment projects end-to-end across creative, budgets, scheduling, production and on site deliveryBring strategic and creative thinking to every brief, shaping the right entertainment solution for the client and audienceManage multiple projects at pace, keeping budgets, timelines, stakeholders and details on trackBuild strong relationships with clients, talent, agents, venues and suppliersBring a solid understanding of entertainment production and what it takes to deliver great ideas wellMentor and support the wider team, sharing your experience and helping others growIdentify opportunities for account growth and new businessRepresent Solution Entertainment with warmth, professionalism and energyAbout YouYou’re an experienced entertainment professional who’s just as passionate about the big picture as you are about the finer details.7+ years’ entertainment management experience, with agency experience essentialStrong client and stakeholder management skillsConfident across budgeting, scheduling and project managementStrong creative instincts and experience shaping entertainment concepts and programmingA solid understanding of entertainment production and live deliveryComfortable managing significant client programs and multiple projects at onceStrong industry relationships and knowledge of the Australian entertainment landscapeExperience mentoring and supporting othersHighly organised, collaborative and calm under pressureA team-first attitude and genuine passion for entertainmentWillingness to travel and work outside standard business hours as required Why Join Us?We’re ambitious, creative and grounded and we care deeply about how we work together.You’ll be joining a group that moves quickly, thinks strategically and backs its people.
