Apply & track with Apply EdgeSenior Epic Analyst (Beaker)Healthcare | Coachella Valley, CAFull-Time, Direct Hire | Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite$89,500-$136,000 annuallyWe are partnering with a large healthcare organization in Southern California to hire a Senior Epic Beaker Analyst supporting both Clinical Pathology (CP) and Anatomic Pathology (AP).This person will serve as a senior resource on a developing Beaker team, with ownership across Epic, laboratory technology, diagnostic devices, vendor coordination, upgrades, projects, and end-user support.Unlike a heavily siloed Epic role, this position combines hands-on Beaker work with direct support of laboratory staff and diagnostic equipment. The lab regularly introduces new devices and technologies, so the role is best suited for someone who enjoys variety, troubleshooting, and being the person others rely on.ResponsibilitiesSupport and enhance Epic Beaker CP and APTroubleshoot production issues and support day-to-day lab workflowsConfigure and support lab devices, integrations, and Epic linking recordsCoordinate testing, upgrades, and changes with vendors and internal IT teamsProvide direct support to lab staff and clinical users, including onsite assistanceLead projects and help mentor less experienced analystsQualificationsEpic Beaker certification required3+ years of hands-on Beaker experience, including both CP and APExperience supporting lab instruments, diagnostic devices, or ancillary systemsBackground with device setup, testing, troubleshooting, and vendor coordinationStrong understanding of clinical/lab workflows and production supportAble to work independently, communicate well with end users, and mentor junior team membersWork ArrangementThis is a hybrid position in California's Coachella Valley requiring approximately three days onsite per week.Regular onsite presence is important because this individual will work directly with laboratory staff and provide hands-on support for diagnostic systems and equipment.Compensation$89,000-$136,000 annuallyCompensation will depend on experience, Epic background, and overall alignment with the role.
