JOB ADVERT: Vice President, Senior Equity Research AnalystJob Summary:Al Ramz Capital L.L.C is seeking a Vice President, Senior Equity Research Analyst to join our growing team.This role conducts in-depth financial analysis of publicly traded companies, develops investment theses, and provides actionable recommendations to support investment decisions. This role involves close collaboration with portfolio managers, clients, and other analysts, and requires a high level of expertise in financial modelling, market analysis, and report writing.The position will be responsible for providing in-depth analysis and insights to our brokers, traders, and clients, helping them make informed investment decisions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in equity research and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Comprehensive Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on various industries including but not limited to, Real Estate, Telecoms, Utilities, Infrastructure. This includes analysing financial statements, market data, and industry reports to forecast company performance and provide insightful equity analysis. Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.Financial Modelling and Valuation: Develop and maintain complex financial models to facilitate valuation and investment decisions. Build and maintain detailed financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and scenario-based projections. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and valuation of companies within assigned sectors. A solid stock valuation practice is a must.Client Engagement and Relationship Building:Present research findings and investment recommendations to internal teams, clients, and investment committees. Participate in company meetings, industry conferences, and earnings calls to gather insights and validate research assumptions. Respond to client research requests and provide timely updates on covered stocks.Research Report Creation: Prepare and present detailed and well-structured research reports, investment recommendations, and industry notes. Such reports should capture client attention and guide their investment strategies. Monitor and interpret market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes impacting relevant sectors.Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams to enhance research outcomes and align advisory strategies. This involves collaborating with sales teams, portfolio managers, and other analysts to ensure cohesive client service.Market Insight and Opportunity Identification:Stay ahead of market shifts and proactively identify investment opportunities within the sectors under coverage.
