Senior ERP Full Stack Engineer

About the roleWe are hiring an ERP Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and evolve production ERP platforms used by government and enterprise clients in Egypt.You will own features end-to-end — from database and business rules to APIs and UI — on custom .NET ERP systems covering finance, HR, inventory, procurement, and beneficiary/operations modules.This is a hands-on engineering role, not a configuration-only Dynamics/SAP role. You will build and ship real ERP modules on the Microsoft .NET stack.What you will do

• Design and implement ERP modules (GL, AP/AR, inventory, procurement, HR/payroll, workflow, reporting)
• Build backend services with ASP.NET and the .NET ecosystem
• Model and optimize SQL Server schemas, stored procedures, and complex queries
• Develop full-stack features (APIs + UI) using Blazor, Razor, or a modern SPA (Angular/React)
• Implement business rules, approval workflows, audit trails, and role-based access
• Integrate with external systems (banks, government platforms, identity, document services) via REST/SOAP
• Write unit/integration tests and participate in code reviews
• Diagnose performance, concurrency, and data-integrity issues in live ERP environments
• Work with product, BA, and client stakeholders to turn requirements into shippable modules
• Document APIs, data models, and deployment notes for handover and supportRequired qualifications
• Minimum 3 years professional experience building ERP systems (custom or heavily customized), not only CRUD apps
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET and ASP.NET
• Solid SQL Server skills: schema design, indexing, T-SQL, transactions, EF Core or Dapper
• Proven full-stack delivery: you have shipped both backend and UI for ERP screens
• Understanding of core ERP domains (at least two of: finance, inventory, procurement, HR, workflow)
• Experience with authentication/authorization, multi-user concurrency, and audit logging
• Ability to read existing ERP codebases and extend them safely
• Clear written communication in English (Arabic is a strong plus)Preferred qualifications
• Government / public-sector ERP (governorates, ministries, UHI-style beneficiary systems)
• Multi-module or multi-tenant ERP architecture
• Blazor Server / Blazor WASM in production
• Angular or React on top of .NET APIs
• Reporting (SSRS, FastReport, or similar) and export (Excel/PDF)
• Azure or GCP deployment experience
• Message queues, background jobs, and integration patterns
• Experience with document generation, ID/print flows, or HIE-style integrations
• Familiarity with Egyptian accounting, tax, or civil-service processes
