Senior Event Manager

We are looking for an experienced, confident and hands-on Senior Event Manager to join our team in Dubai. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, work independently and lead — from receiving the initial client brief all the way through to successful event delivery.The RoleAs a Senior Event Manager, you will independently manage projects from concept to completion while leading internal teams, suppliers and partners to ensure exceptional delivery.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Independently manage events from brief and concept through planning, production and execution⁠ ⁠Take full ownership of assigned projects with minimal supervision⁠ ⁠Lead and coordinate internal teams, and event crews⁠ ⁠Act as the main point of contact for clients and confidently manage client relationships⁠ ⁠Develop event concepts, proposals, presentations, budgets and timelines⁠ ⁠Manage project budgets, quotations and overall profitability⁠ ⁠Coordinate With Project Team for venues, suppliers, production, AV, branding, entertainment and logistics⁠ ⁠Lead site visits, rehearsals, installations, event days and dismantling⁠ ⁠Make decisions and solve problems quickly and confidently on-site⁠ ⁠Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously⁠ ⁠Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard⁠ ⁠Conduct post-event evaluations, reconciliations and client follow-upsWhat We’re Looking For6+ years of event management experienceProven ability to work independently and take full ownership of projectsStrong leadership skills with the ability to lead suppliers and event crewsStrong client-facing, communication and presentation skillsExcellent organizational and project-management abilitiesGood understanding of event operationsAbility to remain calm, decisive and solution-oriented under pressureExcellent attention to detailEnglish SpeakerUAE event industry experience is a plusMust have a valid driving license and own a carWho You AreYou are a leader and a problem solver who can take ownership and work independently without needing constant supervision.At the same time, you are a team player who understands that great events are delivered through collaboration.
