Senior Events – Pitch & Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Events – Pitch & Production Manager to manage the complete lifecycle of major event and experiential projects — from RFP/tender assessment and proposal development to client pitching, commercial closure and event delivery.The role requires a strong combination of events production, commercial costing, tender management and client-facing skills, with exposure to large-scale events, exhibitions and government/public-sector projects in the UAE/GCC.Contract Duration: 06 Monthspackage - AED 25000 - AED 35000/monthKey ResponsibilitiesManage RFPs, RFQs and tenders, including go/no-go assessment, submission timelines, clarifications and compliance.Lead proposal development, creative concepts and pitch presentations, coordinating with creative, production, sales and technical teams.Develop costings, BOQs and project budgets with procurement and production teams, ensuring commercial viability and margin protection.Lead client presentations, negotiations and post-submission clarifications through to award.Take ownership of awarded projects from planning through on-site execution and close-out.Manage production schedules, suppliers, budgets and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.Maintain the opportunity pipeline, pitch calendar, credentials, case studies and proposal templates.Conduct post-pitch reviews and incorporate learnings into future proposals.Requirements8+ years' experience in events, experiential, exhibitions or event-production agencies.Proven track record of winning bids and subsequently delivering the awarded projects.Strong experience in RFP/tender management, proposal development, pitching, BOQs and costing.Hands-on experience in event production, supplier management, budgeting and on-site execution.Excellent client management, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.UAE/GCC experience, particularly with government or public-sector tenders, is highly preferred.Experience with DCT pitches/tenders or large-scale UAE events/exhibitions will be a strong advantage.
