More information is available on the Astek Saudi Arabia and UAE country pages, and candidates can reach Astek Middle East at contact-astekme@astek-international.com.About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Execution PMO professional to support the execution and coordination of energy efficiency, building retrofit, construction, and sustainability projects across Saudi Arabia. This site-based role will focus on coordinating day-to-day project execution, monitoring progress, supporting contractors and project teams, tracking project documentation, and ensuring activities remain aligned with approved plans, schedules, quality, and HSE requirements.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day execution activities across assigned project sites.Monitor project progress, milestones, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.Track and resolve project execution issues and escalate risks when required.Prepare project progress reports, status updates, dashboards, and performance summaries.Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, variation requests, and correspondence.Support project mobilization and demobilization activities.Coordinate resources and activities across multiple project sites.Participate in project review and coordination meetings.Monitor compliance with project quality, HSE, and operational requirements.Support project teams in maintaining delivery timelines and resolving site-related issues.Ensure project records and reporting are accurate and up to date.QualificationsMinimum Technician Academic Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines.Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field are preferred.Required SkillsRelevant experience in project execution, project coordination, PMO, or site operations.Candidates with extensive experience are encouraged to apply.Proven professional experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.Experience coordinating multiple project sites or workstreams.Strong reporting, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Preferred SkillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is an advantage.Familiarity with project documentation and document management systems.Experience preparing project reports, trackers, dashboards, and status updates.Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus.Basic understanding of energy efficiency, building systems, construction, and retrofit project workflows.Preferred QualificationsPMP or CAPM certification.Experience in energy efficiency or building retrofit projects.Previous PMO or project coordination experience in construction, engineering, or energy projects.Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and project administration.Knowledge of Saudi building and energy regulations.Experience coordinating contractors and subcontractors across multiple sites.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Execution PMO professional who can coordinate multiple project activities, maintain accurate reporting, follow up with stakeholders, and support successful project delivery across different sites.
