Senior Executive – Accounting & FinanceLocation: Baner, PuneJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: 3–6 YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Executive – Accounting & Finance to join our Accounting and Finance team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and MIS for multi-entity or international clients.The role requires strong ownership, analytical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage deliverables while reviewing and guiding junior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end accounting for assigned client entities.Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis.Prepare management dashboards and financial commentary.Manage and review GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, fixed assets, and revenue recognition.Review work completed by junior analysts and ensure accuracy and quality.Handle client communication, accounting queries, and status updates independently.Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams.Support client onboarding, including data migration, opening balances, and accounting system setup.Contribute to process improvements, SOP development, and automation initiatives.Manage multiple entities and deadlines with minimal supervision.Mandatory QualificationsB.Com + CA/CMA Inter – Mandatory3–6 years of experience in Accounting and MIS.Strong experience in end-to-end accounting.Hands-on experience with ZOHO Books, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, Sage, or similar accounting software.Strong understanding of month-end and year-end closing.Advanced knowledge of GL, reconciliations, AP/AR, fixed assets, and revenue recognition.Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, financial analysis, and MIS modelling.Preferred ExperienceExperience working with international or multi-entity clients.Exposure to US/UK GAAP or other international accounting standards.Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Knowledge of payroll review, indirect tax workings, and statutory schedules.Experience training or mentoring junior team members.Experience working with auditors and tax consultants.Candidate ProfileStrong accounting and financial reporting fundamentals.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to independently manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.Strong client communication and stakeholder-management skills.Proactive and solution-oriented approach.Comfortable taking ownership of assigned entities and deliverables.Work LocationBaner, Pune | Full-Time
