We connect users with dermatologists, personalized treatment plans, and curated skincare products.As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Category Associate who is curious, analytical, and eager to work at the intersection of brands, commerce, operations, and growth.About the RoleAs a Treasury & Finance Executive , you will play a key role in managing the organization's treasury operations, banking relationships, payment processes, and financial reporting. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of domestic and international payments, maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, and contribute to process automation and operational excellence.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial ReportingReview payment documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure payment accuracy.Determine classification of expenditure (Expenses vs. Capital) in line with accounting policies and procedures.Record and account for payment entries in the ERP system on a weekly basis.Prepare monthly bank/financial reconciliations, month-end closing reports (including bank account summaries), and other financial and management reports.Advise on accounting instructions and procedures used internally by the office.Identify and report problems or unusual situations to the Finance Manager, with recommendations for corrective action.Treasury & Cash ManagementManage the daily cash process, including cash positioning, payments, and treasury reporting and compliance.Perform petty cash and bank account management in line with policy and procedure; maintain and update receipt/payment logs and the bank database.Prepare receipt/payment instructions in accordance with bank requirements.Prepare requests for fixed deposits; open bank accounts and maintain authorized signatories across all banks.Prepare applications for issuance, renewal, and cancellation of bank guarantees.Payments & Banking OperationsPrepare and issue vendor payments, including managing batch payment runs for all SPVs based on the approved cycle payment list from the Head of Finance.Process overseas/international vendor payments and prepare the documentation required for international transfers, in line with governmental regulations and audit requirements.Review and approve wire transfers and ACH payments.File bank statements, debit/credit notes, and other required documentation.Communicate with banks on inquiries, account openings, administration, and user profile setup/edits.Process Improvement & ComplianceDrive automation and process improvements in treasury operations to reduce manual effort and errors.Review existing processes and implement controls and efficiency improvements.Support internal and external audits related to treasury activities.Research and resolve operational issues, document processes, and propose solutions.Stakeholder CommunicationPresent information and respond to queries from the onshore team and other members of the organization.Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports related to treasury activities.
