Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial OfficerLocation: New York CitySchedule: 5 days onsiteCompany: Global Fashion House- confidential About the RoleOur client, a leading global fashion house, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer and Office of the CEO.This is a high-profile role supporting members of the Executive Leadership Team and requires an exceptional level of professionalism, discretion, judgment and confidentiality.The Senior Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CFO and act as a key liaison with senior leadership, the Board of Directors, Investor Relations, external partners and other key stakeholders.This individual will manage a complex and constantly changing calendar, domestic and international travel, executive communications and meeting logistics, while also coordinating critical business activities including Board and Committee meetings, earnings preparation, investor engagements and Finance leadership events.This position requires 5 days onsite in the New York City office. Flexibility outside of traditional business hours is also required at times, particularly around quarterly earnings, Board meetings, investor events and other critical business activities.What You'll DoExecutive SupportProvide comprehensive administrative support to the EVP & Chief Financial Officer and Office of the CEO.Manage an extremely complex and dynamic executive calendar, anticipating conflicts and balancing competing priorities.Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, transportation, accommodations, visas and meeting logistics.Prepare and reconcile executive expense reports.Monitor and prioritize emails, meeting requests and communications on behalf of the CFO.Draft, edit and proofread executive correspondence, presentations and meeting materials.Strategic CoordinationCoordinate meetings with Executive Leadership, Finance Leadership, Board members, external auditors, banking partners, investors and other stakeholders.Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing documents and meeting materials.Support quarterly earnings preparation across Finance, Investor Relations, Communications and Legal.Assist with Board of Directors and Board Committee meeting logistics and materials.Coordinate investor conferences, analyst meetings, earnings calls and other external engagements.Support Finance leadership meetings, town halls, offsites and organization-wide events.Project & Operational ManagementServe as a liaison between the CFO and Finance leadership and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives and action items.Coordinate special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CFO.Track deadlines, deliverables and executive priorities across multiple business functions.Partner closely with Executive Assistants across the organization.Support onboarding and administrative needs for Finance leadership.What We're Looking For10+ years of progressive executive administrative experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally a CFO or senior executive within a global or publicly traded organization.Proven experience managing highly complex executive calendars, international travel, Board-level meetings and confidential executive communications.Experience supporting Finance, Investor Relations, Accounting or Corporate functions within a large, matrixed organization is highly preferred.Exceptional professionalism, judgment, discretion and confidentiality.Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.Ability to anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly visible environment with constantly changing priorities.Strong project management and coordination skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience working across international teams, cultures and time zones.Experience supporting Board of Directors meetings, Executive Leadership Teams or Investor Relations activities is preferred.Experience with travel and expense platforms such as Concur is a plus.TechnologyAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.Experience using Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows.Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.Additional DetailsNew York City5 days onsiteHigh-visibility role supporting the CFO and Office of the CEOGlobal, fast-paced fashion organizationFlexibility outside standard business hours may occasionally be required
