Position OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Senior Executive Support Professional to support three Directors within the Media Growth Marketing organization.This role is ideal for a polished and proactive executive support professional with extensive experience supporting multiple senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment. The successful candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to three Directors within Media Growth Marketing.Manage complex and frequently changing calendars across multiple executives while balancing competing priorities.Coordinate meetings, scheduling, phone support, and logistical planning.Serve as a central point of coordination across multiple leadership teams, proactively identifying conflicts, dependencies, and opportunities to improve efficiency.Interact with employees, external partners, senior leaders, and key stakeholders on behalf of leadership.Collaborate and communicate regularly with the administrative support team within Media Growth Marketing.Build strong partnerships with Directors, Senior Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the organization.Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itinerary management, trip oversight, meeting logistics, and expense reconciliation.Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and support geographically dispersed teams.Partner with Information Technology and other support organizations to address business and technology needs.Anticipate leadership needs, exercise sound judgment, and proactively resolve issues before they become obstacles.Track action items, deadlines, deliverables, and key follow-up activities.Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and executive-level discretion.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives within large, complex corporate environments.Demonstrated experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously.Experience managing complex calendars, competing priorities, travel logistics, and executive communications.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle confidential and highly sensitive information.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Confidence and professionalism when interacting with senior executives and key stakeholders.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently while building strong partnerships across teams and functions.Exceptional proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.Professional presence, executive-level discretion, and a service-oriented mindset.Preferred QualificationsSAP experience preferred.Experience working within a large public corporation.Familiarity with the advertising, media, marketing, or growth marketing landscape.
