We are partnering with an established venture capital firm seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to members of its investment team. This is a highly visible role for an experienced EA who is comfortable working with senior executives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven investment environment.The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, highly organized, and able to anticipate needs while managing competing priorities with discretion and sound judgment.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive executive support to senior members of the investment teamManage complex and frequently changing calendars, meetings, and scheduling prioritiesCoordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logisticsOrganize internal and external meetings with portfolio companies, investors, founders, and other key relationshipsHandle expense reports and other administrative processesCoordinate meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence as neededServe as a key point of contact for executives and maintain a high level of professionalism with external stakeholdersAnticipate scheduling conflicts, priorities, and executive needs before they ariseAssist with special projects, events, and broader team initiativesPartner closely with other administrative professionals across the firmQualifications7+ years of executive assistant or senior administrative experienceExperience supporting senior executives, Partners, or C-level professionalsPrior experience within venture capital, private equity, investment management, financial services, professional services, or a similarly fast-paced environment preferredExceptional calendar management and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly polished with excellent judgment and discretionAbility to operate independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal directionProactive, resourceful, and comfortable anticipating the needs of senior executivesStrong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential informationWhy This OpportunityThis is an opportunity to join a highly regarded investment firm in a key support role with significant exposure to senior leadership.
