This is a high-level opportunity for an experienced executive support professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with exceptional discretion, professionalism, and independence.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities while serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordinationManage and prioritize incoming communications, monitor the CEO's inbox, and ensure timely follow-up on key itemsCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reportingSupport board meeting preparation, scheduling, materials, and related logisticsAnticipate executive needs, manage shifting priorities, and ensure important deadlines and commitments are metHandle sensitive information and confidential matters with the highest level of discretionServe as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersOperate independently while maintaining strong communication and follow-through

Qualifications

7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally a CEO or equivalent senior leaderExperience managing complex executive calendars, travel, and competing prioritiesStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionA proactive, self-directed approach with sound judgment and the ability to anticipate needsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires responsiveness and flexibilityExperience with board-level support is a plusPosition Details:In-office presence in Boston approximately 2–3 days every two weeks when the CEO is in townThis is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant looking to join a respected organization in a highly visible, trusted role supporting senior leadership.
