About the RoleWe are partnered with a leading Private Wealth Management firm seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Associate to join their New York team. This individual will be a trusted business partner to Senior Executives, Wealth Advisors, and cross-functional stakeholders. They will provide senior-level administrative, operational, and project support across the Private Wealth Management platform. The role offers high visibility, ownership of complex workstreams, and exposure to both day-to-day operations and longer-term business initiatives. What You’ll DoPartner closely with senior leaders to manage priorities, anticipate needs, and make effective use of timeManage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and oversee logistics with accuracy, discretion, and diplomacyCoordinate senior-level internal and external meetings, conference calls, and events, including agendas, materials, and follow-up on action itemsLead and support cross-functional projects, including planning, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely executionPrepare and maintain high-quality presentations, reports, and spreadsheets for management reviews and client meetingsAct as a liaison across departments such as Legal, Compliance, People, and Technology, as well as with external contacts and vendorsHandle highly confidential matters with sound judgment and strict discretionIdentify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance operational efficiencyProvide guidance and informal mentorship to junior administrative staffWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience5–7 years of progressively responsible administrative, executive support, or business operations experienceInvestment management or professional services experience preferredProven experience supporting senior-level leaders and managing high-visibility responsibilitiesStrong judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to anticipate issues and develop practical solutionsExceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-throughClear written and verbal communication, and comfort working with senior stakeholders and clientsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to adapt quickly, manage ambiguity, and stay composed under pressureFlexibility to work outside standard business hours when needed
