Referment is working with a sophisticated investment organisation to find a Senior Executive Assistant who will act as a trusted partner to one of its most senior leaders. The position combines exacting executive support with broader project ownership in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.You will sit close to senior decision-making, helping the executive operate effectively by anticipating needs, protecting their time and ensuring important commitments move forward. This is more than a calendar-management remit: it calls for someone who can understand context, exercise sound judgement and move comfortably between strategic and administrative work.The RoleManage a complex, frequently changing calendar and make thoughtful decisions about competing requests and priorities.Triage communications, requests and deliverables, ensuring the executive has the information and preparation needed at the right time.Act as a discreet liaison with internal teams, senior stakeholders and external contacts.Coordinate travel, meetings and events with close attention to sequencing, logistics and follow-through.Take responsibility for ad hoc projects that require initiative, structured problem-solving and coordination across different stakeholders.Provide limited personal support where needed to keep professional and personal commitments aligned.What We're Looking ForA bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 12–15 years of strong professional experience.Exceptional judgement and the discretion to handle highly confidential information.Advanced organisational, prioritisation and time-management skills, with the flexibility to respond calmly when plans change.Clear, polished written and verbal communication and meticulous attention to detail.A record of anticipating needs, working independently and taking responsibility for high-quality outcomes.Relevant Desirable ExperienceExperience in client service or another demanding, customer-focused setting would be useful, but prior financial-services experience is not required.This could suit an established senior executive assistant, chief-of-staff-style support professional or experienced client-service operator who enjoys combining detailed execution with close partnership at executive level.#Referment
