Summarize / Overview of the objective of the roleTo support the Group Finance team in performing group consolidationTo leverage on AI and automation tools to perform FP&A and dashboards for reporting purposesRESPONSIBILITIES:Group consolidation – Support the Group Finance team on the followingPerform monthly, quarterly and yearly group consolidationPrepare half-yearly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS, SGX requirements and group reporting standards/ requirementsLiaise with external auditors and related company Finance team on consolidation related mattersFP&ALeverage AI and automation tools to improve financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysisUse AI-assisted analytics to identify financial trends, anomalies, cost drivers, risks and business opportunitiesApply AI tools to support forecasting, scenario planning and predictive financial analysisDevelop and enhance automated dashboards and reporting solutions using AI, BI and data analytics toolsExplore and implement AI solutions to improve the efficiency and accuracy of budget preparation, variance analysis and management reportingUse generative AI tools to assist with financial analysis, report preparation, data interpretation and management presentations, while validating outputs for accuracyCollaborate with Finance and business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process automation and productivity improvementsMaintain appropriate data governance, confidentiality and controls when using AI tools with financial informationPartner with business units to understand financial performance, challenge assumptions and provide actionable recommendationsMonitor revenue, costs, margins, operating expenses and working capital against targetsAnalyse trends and identify risks, opportunities and areas for cost optimisationSupport ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as requiredREQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, Economics, Business or a related disciplineMinimum 4 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, with the appropriate level of experience considered for the Senior Executive or Assistant Manager position.Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese, with excellent verbal communication and interpretation skillsSAP S4/Hana Group Reporting (consolidation)Proficient in Microsoft Office, eg Excel skills like Power Query, Power Pivot, PowerPoint skillsProficient in AI automation toolsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Meticulous with analytical skillsAble to work independentlyAbility to work under tight deadlinesProactive and improvement oriented, constantly looking for better ways to workTechnology-oriented and enthusiastic about AI and automationDemonstrated interest or experience in applying AI and automation to finance and FP&A processesFamiliarity with generative AI tools, AI-assisted financial analysis, data analytics or business intelligence platformsAbility to use AI effectively for data analysis, forecasting, reporting and process automation, with strong judgement in validating AI-generated outputs
