We are in the midst of a business transformation—building a people-first, service-centred organisation that is ready for the future.About the Role:The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Regional Finance & Account will support regional financial planning, cost analysis, internal audit, governance, and finance improvement initiatives across Maha Asia’s sales offices.The role works closely with country finance teams and regional stakeholders to strengthen financial performance, improve internal controls, standardise finance processes, and provide meaningful insights to support management decisions.What You’ll Be Doing:1. Regional Cost Planning & AnalysisLead regional budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Perform monthly financial performance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year results.Analyse cost trends, key spending drivers, and profitability performance.2.Internal Audit & GovernanceDevelop annual internal audit plans covering regional subsidiaries.Conduct financial and operational audits across RCCs.Review compliance with Group policies, financial procedures, and internal controls.Identify control weaknesses and recommend appropriate improvement actions.Track remediation progress and ensure the timely closure of audit findings.Promote best practices and standardisation across subsidiaries.3.Regional Finance Improvement ProjectsSupport finance transformation initiatives and process improvement projects.Drive the standardisation of reporting and financial processes across subsidiaries.Support the implementation of regional finance initiatives.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CIA, or equivalent are preferred.Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, Cost Management, Internal Audit, or Regional Finance roles.Experience working in a regional or multinational environment.Experience supporting or managing multiple countries or subsidiaries.Experience conducting audits or financial reviews.Experience in internal audit, risk assessment, and internal controls.Strong financial analysis and management reporting skills.Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Good communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
