Learn more at www.appier.com.About the roleThe Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level, confidential administrative and operational support to the Global SVP, Head of Sales. Operating as a strategic partner, this role manages daily executive workflows, coordinates cross-border communications, and ensures seamless execution across time zones in a fast-paced AI Adtech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex executive calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts proactively, and coordinate cross-time-zone internal and external meetings.Organize comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries, commercial flights, accommodations, and logistics.Serve as the primary point of contact between the Global SVP, internal teams, clients, and global business partners.Draft, translate, and refine professional correspondence, reports, and presentation decks in both English and Mandarin.Prepare meeting agendas, record detailed minutes, track actionable deliverables, and follow up on cross-functional initiatives.Prepare, review, and reconcile executive expense reports with high accuracy and attention to detail.Assist with confidential matters, cross-border business development initiatives, and special ad-hoc projects.Essential QualificationsMinimum 3 years of executive at the regional or global level.Native or bilingual fluency in Mandarin with excellent command of English, including the ability to produce professional documents in both languages.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Strong proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace productivity tools and digital collaboration platforms.Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion, integrity, and reliability.Exceptional organizational skills, strong time management, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Nice to HavePrior experience supporting C-Level executives in a global matrix organization.Previous exposure to or background in the AI, Adtech, or technology industry.Strong adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive mindset to go the extra mile in managing unexpected changes.What We OfferDirect exposure to global executive leadership, hands-on experience in the AI Adtech sector, and opportunities for cross-border professional growth.
