Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, support decision-making, and improve profitability.Key Responsibilities• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and monthly planning; track budget vs. actuals• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations• Perform revenue, cost, margin, and profitability analysis• Build financial models; support cash flow and working capital tracking• Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other teams on business initiatives• Ensure data accuracy, controls, and process improvementsSkills & Competencies• Strong analytical skills and finance fundamentals• Advanced Excel; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred• Good communication and ability to work in fast-paced environmentsQualification & Experience• B.Com / BBA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)• 1–3 years in Business Finance / FP&A / MISKey Attributes• High ownership, detail-oriented, proactive team player
