Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive - Business Finance tosupport the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions within the organization. Youwill play a key role in monitoring financial performance, conducting data-driven analysis, andensuring alignment with business goals. This role offers an excellent opportunity to developexpertise in business finance while contributing to strategic initiatives and driving operationalefficiency.

Responsibilities

● Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support businessplanning.● Analyze financial performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to theManager - Business Finance.● Conduct profitability analysis for products, projects, or business units to identifyopportunities for optimization.● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy andcompliance with company standards.● Support business decision-making by performing scenario analysis and evaluatingfinancial outcomes.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and alignon financial strategies.● Monitor operating expenses and highlight areas for cost control and efficiencyimprovement.● Assist in implementing and maintaining financial systems and processes to improvereporting and analysis.● Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.● Participate in ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as directed by the Manager -Business Finance.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA Inter or MBA in Financeis a plus).● 3–5 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or a similar role.● Experience in preparing financial reports, budgets, and conducting analysis.● Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatorycompliance.● Prior experience working with cross-functional teams is an advantage.Skills:● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate insights.● Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel).● Good understanding of budgeting, profitability analysis, and financial reportingprocesses.● Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meetdeadlines.● Effective communication and presentation skills for conveying financial insights tostakeholders.● Familiarity with financial software, ERP systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).● Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Capillary is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will not discriminate against any applicantfor employment on the basis of race, age, religion, sex, veterans, individuals withdisabilities, sexual orientation, or gender identity.Disclaimer:It has been brought to our attention that there have recently been instances of fraudulent joboffers, purporting to be from Capillary Technologies.
