Senior Executive

Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior – MIS/Data Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power Automate, SharePoint Forms, and Microsoft 365 solutions and data analytics, with the ability to automate processes, build insightful dashboards, and communicate actionable insights to business stakeholders. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.Roles & Responsibilities➢ Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.➢ Design and implement workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.➢ Build advanced Excel-based analytical models using Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA , and advanced formulas.➢ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting systems.➢ Monitor KPIs and prepare executive dashboards for leadership.➢ Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Dynamic Arrays, VBA preferred)➢ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, good understanding of data modelling and data visualization best practices, Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis, Understanding of ETL concepts and data transformation, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Strong communication and presentation abilities, Ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insights, Strong stakeholder management skills & High attention to detail and data accuracy➢ Self-driven with excellent ownership and accountability➢ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSkills & Qualifications➢ bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.➢ Good to have Microsoft Excel or Advance Excel Certification or Data Analytics is preferred. Experience➢ 5-8 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Process Automation.➢ Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Excel, Advance Excel & Macros.➢ Prior experience in operations, PMO, consulting, finance, or professional services is an advantage.➢ Data Analytics, MIS Reporting, Advanced Excel, Data Visualization, Stakeholder Management, Business, Communication, Continuous Improvement, Team Collaboration & Problem Solving.➢ Experience working with Microsoft Teams integrations.➢ Knowledge of MIS reporting, Excel & Advance Excel.➢ Experience with ETL and data transformation.➢ Understanding of business intelligence and KPI reporting
