Senior Executive/ Executive, Branch Office Administration

Perform daily administrative functions and operational support for Business Development and overseas branch offices for customer engagement activities.Coordinate travel and logistics planning for customer visits, meetings, and corporate events, ensuring seamless coordination of flights, hotels, and transportation.Process internal requests, approvals, and documentation for customer activities while tracking service requests to ensure timely completion and follow-up.Coordinate customer hospitality, VIP visits, and business event logistics by partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver a seamless customer experience and timely execution.Support branch office operations by coordinating requests across departments, facilitating stakeholder communication, and monitoring service delivery Build and maintain effective working relationships within the team and with other departments, and ensure a high level of communication and co-operation in the support of operational and customer service requirements.Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational assignments as and when required.Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, Marketing, or related disciplines.2 to 5 years of experience in business operations, customer support, hospitality operations, client servicing, event coordination, or related fields.Prior experience supporting senior stakeholders or customer-facing teams will be an advantage.Strong coordination and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.Customer-centric mindset with strong service orientation.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority’s statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.
