Senior Executive/Executive, Event & Promotion (Event Focus)

ResponsibilitiesThis role focuses on the planning and execution of marketing events:-Assist in the implementation and execution of membership programs, casino campaigns, promotions, and member events as per the approved plans and timelinesCoordinate and support the execution of member events (e.g., gala dinners, tournaments, performances), ensuring smooth operations, timely vendor management, and adherence to approved budgets and regulatory guidelinesParticipate in the coordination and support of cross-functional business-related projects as requiredGenerate reports and analysis for supervisors or managers to evaluate the performance of direct marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvementActively contributes to the continuous improvement of marketing processes, customer experiences, and campaign outcomesMaintain confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements, established policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls & service standardsJob RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Marketing and Events Management, or a related fieldCandidates with more years of prior relevant experience in Marketing, Events or a related field may be considered for the Senior Executive positionPrior relevant experience in execution of campaigns and events or a related field is preferredDetail-oriented with good time management and coordination skillsStrong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyWillingness to work on selected weekends and public holidays
