Akij Food & Beverage Ltd. is looking for Senior Executive/ Executive, MISJob Description / ResponsibilityCollect, consolidate, and validate production, breakdown, wastage & efficiency data from multiple plants and shifts.Prepared and maintain daily, weekly, monthly & management MIS reports and dashboards.Monitor shift wise data and coordinate with Production, Mechanical & Electrical teams to resolve data discrepancies and operational issues.Conduct regular plant visit to verify data accuracy and collect authentic operational information.Identify opportunities for reporting automation, process improvement and data accuracy enhancement.Develop automated reports using Advance Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, SUMPRODUCT, LET and dynamic formulas.Reconcile production and operational data with Oracle system records and identify discrepancies.Analyze production performance, efficiency, downtime, wastage and other KPIs to support management decision making.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & EngineeringBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information SystemSkills Required: Database management, MIS Reporting, Data analysis, Microsoft Excel, Analytical SkillExperience RequirementsAt least 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (FMCG),Agro based firms (incl.
