TPL’s main operational facilities are located in Malabe, while the Schindler office is based on Horton Place in Colombo, providing applicants with diverse, nationally recognized projects and a professional engineering environment.Key Responsibilities🔹 Promote and market Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for diesel generators and diesel engines. 🔹 Visit existing and prospective customers to identify service requirements and business opportunities. 🔹 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and gross profit targets. 🔹 Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth. 🔹 Coordinate with internal teams to enhance aftermarket support and service delivery. 🔹 Manage service agreement invoicing and ensure timely collection of customer payments. 🔹 Conduct market and competitor analysis while developing strategies to expand the business.Qualifications & Skills✔ Part or Full Qualification in Marketing (SLIM/CIM) or an equivalent degree. ✔ Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales & Marketing. ✔ Knowledge of diesel engines, engine-related equipment, or a technical background will be an added advantage. ✔ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with proficiency in English & Sinhala. ✔ Good knowledge of MS Office applications. ✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently under minimum supervision. ✔ Possess a valid driving license.📩 Apply Now: hr@etpl.lk
