Senior Executive, Finance & Business Support

Role SummaryWe're looking for a Finance Senior Executive to manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, including full set accounts, financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, and statutory compliance.If you have experience in full set accounting and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full set accounts and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and financial reports.Oversee daily accounting operations, including invoicing, collections, payments, and bank transactions.Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.Record and reconcile inter-company transactions.Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal SOPs.Support internal departments with accounting and financial matters.Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.Review payment transactions before management approval.Perform finance-related projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.Key CriteriasLCCI, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3 years' experience in handling full set accounts.Proficient in accounting software (AutoCount is an advantage) and Microsoft Office.Good knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to meet reporting deadlines.Good communication skills and able to work independently as well as in a team.Why Join Us?Career growth and development opportunities.Supportive and collaborative working environment.Opportunity to contribute to key business and financial decisions.Stable and growing company with long-term career prospects.
