Anvir Bashundhara Group is looking for Senior Executive - Finance, Bashundhara Sports CityKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain and monitor daily financial and accounting transactions of Bashundhara Sports City and Modern Children Park.Prepare and review vouchers, journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements.Monitor accounts payable, receivable, advances, expenses, and vendor balances.Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before processing payments.Assist in budget preparation, budget monitoring, and expenditure control.Prepare periodic financial, management, and variance reports for management.Conduct bank reconciliation, cash reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.Monitor project-related CAPEX, OPEX, procurement payments and work-order expenditures.Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Engineering, Operations, and other departments regarding financial matters.Ensure proper VAT, Tax, withholding, and other statutory financial compliance as applicable.1Support internal and external audits and provide required financial documents/information.Maintain proper financial records and ensure compliance with ABG policies, procedures and Delegation of Authority.Monitor cash flow requirements and support timely payment planning.Identify financial discrepancies, control weaknesses and unusual transactions and report them to the appropriate authority.Support financial control over events, memberships, ticketing, facility rentals, park operations and other revenue-generating activities, where applicable.Perform other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by the competent authority.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Studies (BBS)Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Accounts/Finance from any reputed University.Skills Required: Finance & Bank Operation, Accounting Software, Accounts and Finance, Financial ReportingExperience RequirementsAt least 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Group of CompaniesAdditional RequirementsMust have experience of personal involvement in any type of sports at school/college/any other level.
