Job Description – Senior Executive – FinanceLocation: Pitampura, NSPExperience: 3–5 YearsCTC: Up to ₹10 LPAWorking Days: 6 Days (Mon- Sat)Industry: D2C / E-commerce / Consumer BrandAbout The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Executive – Finance with strong hands-on experience in B2C and D2C reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce payment gateways, transaction reconciliation, financial dashboards, and Excel.The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate reconciliation of online sales, payment gateway transactions, settlements, refunds, and other financial transactions while identifying and resolving discrepancies.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end B2C and D2C reconciliation for online sales and transactions.Perform reconciliation of payment gateways, marketplaces, bank statements, and internal sales records.Track and reconcile orders, payments, settlements, refunds, cancellations, COD and prepaid transactions.Identify discrepancies between sales, gateway settlements, bank credits, and accounting records and ensure timely resolution.Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports.Work closely with Finance, E-commerce, Operations, and Customer Support teams to resolve reconciliation issues.Monitor payment gateway settlements and ensure all transactions are accurately accounted for.Maintain proper documentation and records of reconciliation activities.Support month-end closing and other finance-related activities.Assist in improving reconciliation processes and implementing automation wherever possible.Requirements3–5 years of experience in Finance/Reconciliation, preferably with a D2C or e-commerce brand.Strong knowledge of payment gateways and settlement processes.Excellent command of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.).Experience in MIS, dashboards, and financial data analysis.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Skills: b2c,payment gateways,d2c,e-commerce,bank reconcilliation,payment reconcilliation,excel,marketplace reconcilliation
