Senior Executive - Finance (Leisure Sector)

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely completion of monthly accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards.Coordinate and ensure timely completion of annual audit. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory and regulatory requirements. Prepare annual budgets and ensure effective implementation of budgetary controls. Support management in the preparation and implementation of business plans. Prepare cash flow plans and manage company cash flows effectively. Ensure timely and accurate processing of all company payments in accordance with approved procedures and payment deadlines. Manage banking facilities and ensure effective coordination with financial institutions.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Final level in CA, ACCA, or CIMA. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Experience in the leisure sector will be an added advantage. Strong Excel and ERP/accounting-system skills. Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
