Senior Executive Finance (Treasury)

About the job:As a Senior Executive Finance (Treasury), you will support the day-to-day treasury operations of the group, working closely with the Treasury Manager and liaising with banks and financial institutions to ensure transactions, facilities, and cash positions are handled accurately, on time, and in line with company objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with commercial banks' Fleet Financing teams on disbursements, pay orders, purchase orders, insurance, vehicle registration, and delivery orders, making sure documentation is complete and deadlines are met- Prepare and maintain daily cash position reports, cash flow forecasts, and liquidity summaries for group entities- Assist in managing working capital by monitoring bank balances, fund transfers, and payment schedules- Maintain records of existing financing facilities, track limits, utilization, renewals, markup payments, and covenant compliance, and flag any issues to the Treasury Manager- Support negotiations with banks by gathering rate quotes, comparing terms, and preparing analyses on bank charges and facility costs- Handle insurance-related processes for group entities, including policy renewals, endorsements, claims documentation, and coordination with insurers and brokers- Track short-term and long-term investments, maintain investment registers, and prepare periodic returns and maturity reports- Perform bank reconciliations and make sure treasury transactions are accurately recorded in the books- Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, procurement, sales, operations) and external parties to resolve treasury-related queries- Keep up to date with banking products, market rates, and regulatory updates (including SBP circulars) relevant to treasury operations- Prepare schedules, confirmations, and supporting documents for internal and external audits

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in treasury, banking operations, or corporate finance- BBA/MBA in Finance or equivalent- Working knowledge of banking products, trade finance, and financing facilities- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus- Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines - Effective communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
