JOB PURPOSEAssisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports to support the management in decision making & forward planning.Qualifications and Education:3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting roleBA Degree in Business, Finance, or AccountingStrong Analytical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office ApplicationsStrong Organization & Multi-Tasking SkillsOrientation to detail and ability to perform in a high pace environment.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESReviewing and analyzing commercial performance (top line, brand & margins, discounts) to drive decision makingAssisting with budgeting and monthly closing processes to identify variances and drive actionsAssisting stakeholders with ad hoc and regular reports to drive decisions.
