The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.What you’ll do:Manage and maintain audit-related Google Sheets, Forms, tracking tools, and databases.Design, create, and maintain automated reports, formulas, dashboards, and performance trackers.Measure, track, and monitor assigned KPIs and performance metrics across audit and training programs.Analyze audit and training data to identify trends, operational risks, and process improvement opportunities.Monitor and investigate high-severity non-compliance (NC) cases, escalating findings and critical issues when required.Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc business and audit reports on a regular basis.Ensure strict data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all audit records and reporting systems.Collaborate constructively with auditors, trainers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable, data-driven insights.Present audit findings, metrics, and strategic recommendations to management in a clear, professional manner.What you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience in Supply Chain, E-commerce, Q-commerce, Audit Operations, Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Data Analytics.Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Forms, and spreadsheet automation (QUERY, INDEX-MATCH/XLOOKUP, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, etc.)Proven hands-on experience building automated reports, performance trackers, and data visualization dashboards.Strong analytical thinking, root cause analysis, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight reporting deadlines.Who will excel?We’re looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
