The Senior Executive Housekeeping is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation. Daily tasks include planning and assigning work schedules, supervising housekeeping and laundry teams, conducting inspections, and implementing quality and hygiene protocols aligned with CGH Earth’s sustainability principles. The role also involves managing inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and linen, maintaining cost control, and coordinating with other departments to support smooth hotel operations and exceptional guest service. The Senior Executive Housekeeping will train, motivate, and guide team members, promote environmentally responsible practices, and assist in handling guest feedback and special housekeeping requirements.Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping supervision or management, preferably in premium or resort properties.Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse housekeeping team.Solid understanding of housekeeping procedures, hygiene and safety standards, and quality control practices.Experience in inventory management, linen control, and cost-conscious use of cleaning materials and equipment.Commitment to sustainable and environmentally responsible housekeeping practices.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and room presentation.Effective communication skills to coordinate with front office, maintenance, and food & beverage teams.Ability to handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.Comfort with basic computer applications and housekeeping management systems.Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field; additional certifications in housekeeping or hospitality operations are an advantage.Prior experience working in coastal or resort hospitality environments is beneficial.
